Yes, you need a verified Google Business Profile to use ReviewSpace. If you don't have one yet, it's free to create — we can point you in the right direction during onboarding.
No. Every AI-generated reply is a draft. Nothing is ever posted to Google until you review it and hit "Post Reply". You can edit the draft as much as you like before posting.
Just copy one line of code from your dashboard and paste it into your website. It works on WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, and any other site that lets you add HTML.
